Arise (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what limited information we handle and the choices you have.

2. INFORMATION WE HANDLE
We store only the data you create so the App can work as intended:

• Messages you send and receive – to display conversation history.
• User-profile details (public name, email, group) – to identify you to others.
• Feed details you save – to sync feeds across devices.

No analytics, advertising IDs, tracking technologies, or third-party SDKs are used. We do not share your data with marketers or data brokers.

3. PLATFORM DISCLOSURES

• Google Play: Declared as “Data collected for App functionality,” with no sharing.
• Apple App Store: Listed under “App Functionality ➜ User Content/Identifiers,” not used for tracking or ads.

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Arise is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

5. SECURITY

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and data is encrypted at rest. Servers use strict access controls and are regularly audited.

6. YOUR CHOICES

• In-app account deletion: Go to Profile ▶ Delete Profile to erase all stored content linked to your user ID.
• Email request: Send a message to info@theariseapp.com with the subject “Delete My arise Profile.” We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

7. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The App will never display links to external resources (e.g., help articles).
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as laws or app features change.
Material changes will be announced in-app or via email before they take effect.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
